For our Premium Chunky Honey, each jar is placed directly inside the hive, where our bees build their delicate honeycomb within the jar itself. Once the bees have created and filled the comb, the jar is carefully removed and completed with our pure Swithland wildflower honey. No two jars are quite alike — the bees themselves determine the shape and character of every piece of comb.
Every jar has a hive. Your White House Honey can be traced back to the colony that produced it.

Our honey is produced by White House Apiary in Swithland, Leicestershire. Natural variation between harvests is part of the character of genuine honey.
